Attika apartments is a three storey (ground + 2) mixed use development with 22 serviced short stay apartments on levels one and two and commercial tenancies on the ground floor. There is also a reception/lobby area and provision for 7 undercover parking bays plus one handicap parking bay at the rear of the ground floor with access via Kakulas Crescent.

The structure is built from core filled blockwork with insutu suspended slabs to levels 1 and 2. The first floor transfer slab is supported via 12 insitu concrete columns and the second floor slab is supported via load bearing block walls. A plant deck is included on the roof level to store the mechanical plant.

The façade to Newcastle Street and to Kakulas Crescent consists of a combination of Acritex texture finish painted walls and vertical feature tile bands. There are perforated aluminium sun screens to all windows and awnings to the front of the commercial tenancies on Newcastle Street.
