This seven level apartment development consists of 18 No. two bedroom x two bathroom apartments and two penthouse suites occupying the top floor, The lower basement contains fire tanks, pumps and switchboards; the upper basement is used for car parking and store rooms. Construction comprises of in-situ reinforced concrete slabs using “sandwich” external and internal load bearing wall systems. Internal masonry partitions are dry lined. Commercial windows/doors are glazed in Arctic Blue solar tinted glass. The building has been designed and specified with a 4 star energy rating. This contract was exclusively negotiated with our Client after working with the design team to control construction costs.
