Construction of a five level high quality office building. The building comprises two levels of car park located at both basement and ground floor with three levels of office above. The ground floor also includes some retail areas which front onto Station Street.
The structure primarily consists of in-situ concrete floors and a combination of in-situ concrete and proprietary wall systems for the load-bearing/core walls.The external facades are clad with Alucobond cladding, glazed curtain walling and CFC cladding.
The total building area including car park is approximately 14,000m2. Prior to the main building project, Pyramid managed the forward works component of this project which included sheet and contiguous piling systems for the basement, ground injection to adjoining property and bulk excavation.
