Construction of a nine level boutique residential and commercial development conveniently located within the shopping and business district of the CBD. The development comprises forty five high quality apartments, 148m2 commercial tenancy and three levels of car parking including installation of a car stacker for 28 cars. Construction includes demolition of existing buildings and temporary shoring boundary walls, precast concrete panels, “sandwich” external wall systems, dry lined internal masonry walls, tiled balconies, commercial windows/doors and metal deck roof.

This contract was exclusively negotiated with our Client after a traditional tender process did not provide a suitable outcome for our Client.
