This project situated amongst the busy Beaufort St café and restaurant precinct, and involves the construction of a mixed use development comprising of 59 luxury residential apartments spread over three separate buildings. The larger building also includes 3 commercial tenancies and 2 passenger lifts servicing the building. The building also consists of the construction of a Western Power sub-station and has provision for 71 car bays. The total built area is approximately 9,200m2.
The main structure is load bearing AFS logic walls comprising of a reinforced concrete cavity within fibre cement boards bound by steel studs. The walls are supporting concrete slabs and steel framed roof structures covered with metal deck roofing. External wall finishes include face brickwork and texture coat to the AFS wall panels. Floor finishes to the apartments are a mixture of ceramic tiling and plush carpet in modern colours and textures. Also included are custom kitchen and bathrooms cabinetry finished with stone tops, stainless steel appliances, modern tapware and fixtures. Bathrooms also include fully frameless shower screens and modern fixtures.
