The project comprised of approximately 4,000m retail space includes a Coles supermarket, 17 specialist tenancies and a separate medical centre complex.

The site was a green field site with cross-falls of 6m across property. To accommodate the existing site conditions, Coles and the medical centre were located on a suspended slab with additional car parking provided to the undercroft. The construction method employed was reinforced concrete ground slabs, insitu concrete suspended slabs and concrete tilt panel, with structural steel roof structure. In addition, extensive car park works, road modifications, associated services and landscaping were included.
